Cider in the Rough.

Welcome to Ugly Apple, where we are creating a traditional cider the way it’s meant to be, using wild apples and natural yeasts. Our cider is not carbonated, and should be served chilled, and using the long pour for natural fizziness.

Producing cider using natural yeasts is a true cider adventure, because you never know what the end result will be, depending on which yeasts thrive during the fermentation process. The ingredients in our cider is pretty simple: Wild apples. That’s all you need to produce delicious, natural, and refreshing cider!
